How To Order A Drink pt 2

Know your terms: There are many drink variations.

"NEAT" AKA "STRAIGHT UP" No ice, not chilled, no mixer.
"UP" This means NO ICE in your drink and is usually served in a shorter glass or Martini glass.
"ON THE ROCKS" Served on ice.
"FROZEN" Slurpee style.
"MUDDLED" Little old ladies only. This is a combination of crushed fruit (usually cherries and oranges) and sugar.
"DOUBLE" Twice the liquor,(more or less) usually served in a taller glass.
"TALL" Same amount of liquor, more mixer, in a taller glass.
"SHORT" DUH!
"BUBBLE" An upside-down shot glass indicating your next one has already been taken care of.
"TWIST" This is just the peel of the lemon. NOT a wedge, slice, sliver or chunk.
"STRONG" This is not a bar term. Go back to the dorm.
"PINT" Usually refers to beer. Sixteen (16) fluid ounces.
